The Traveler’s Zen gives the relaxing and meditative benefits of a traditional zen garden, without the potential for spilled sand.

Traditional Zen gardens include several basic elements, including sand, a rake, trees, and a bed of rocks in a flowing pattern – often used to symbolize the movement of water. Both sides of this piece use glass in place of the water element and allow light to pass through. Iron fillings and the wood frame emulate the earth element. The rake was made with magnets as its tines so the fillings can be swirled and raked around.
